วิธีทำ
นำซี่โครงหมูมาต้มทำน้ำซุป
พริกแห้งแกะเมล็ดออกแช่น้ำพอนุ่มโขลกด้วย หอม กระเทียม รากผักชีหั่น ข่า ให้ละเอียด จึงให้จึงใส่ กะปิตามทีหลัง หั่นเลือดหมูเป็นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยมกว้าง 1 นิ้วมะเขือ -เทศผ่าครึ่งลูก
